How Preventify uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website and in the app.

These cookies enable core website operations and cannot be disabled. They do not collect personal data used for marketing.

3. Cookies in the Preventify App

Preventify does not independently set advertising or tracking cookies on your Shopify admin dashboard. Within the Preventify checkout running on your customers' storefronts, we only use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for the form to operate — for example, holding cart state during checkout, remembering an in-progress order, and managing the OTP verification session.

Shopify itself manages its own cookies on your storefront and admin per its Shopify Cookie Policy. We do not control Shopify's cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking pixels on the Preventify marketing website.

Pixels you configure inside the Preventify app (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) only fire on your Shopify storefront, not on this marketing website. Their behaviour on your storefront is governed by your store's own privacy and cookie disclosures.
