The agreement between you and GrowZar when you install and use Preventify on your Shopify store.
By installing Preventify from the Shopify App Store, accessing the Preventify dashboard, or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use Preventify.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to this agreement.
Preventify is a Shopify application provided by GrowZar that offers:
The service operates within Shopify's admin and storefront. Feature availability depends on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features with reasonable notice for paid plans.

Preventify offers a free plan and paid tiers. Current plan details and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
Paid plans are charged on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorise Shopify to charge you the applicable subscription fee each billing cycle.
Where offered, a free trial period applies to paid plans. No charges are made during the trial. Continuing to use the paid plan after the trial expires will trigger billing.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Each plan may include a monthly limit on orders processed through the Preventify checkout. If you exceed the limit, we will either prompt you to upgrade or apply overage charges as described on the Pricing page.
You may not use Preventify to:
Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.
Preventify is built on top of Shopify and depends on Shopify's APIs and platform availability. Your use of Shopify is governed by your separate agreement with Shopify. We are not responsible for Shopify outages, API changes, or actions Shopify takes in respect of your store.
You agree that you will only send OTP and notification messages to customers who have provided their phone number in the context of a commercial transaction on your store (i.e. while filling the Preventify checkout). Marketing or promotional messaging is not the purpose of Preventify's OTP feature.
Messages must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable telecommunications and data protection laws in your customers' jurisdictions. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree that you have a lawful basis for collecting your customers' personal data via the Preventify checkout, and that you will provide your customers with appropriate privacy notices.
Preventify — including its software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation — is the property of GrowZar and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Preventify in connection with your Shopify store during your active subscription. All other rights are reserved.
Preventify is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
Risk scores, analytics, and predictions provided by Preventify are informational tools only. Final decisions about whether to ship, hold, or cancel any order remain entirely with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowZar's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Preventify shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost RTO recovery, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling Preventify from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Preventify after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
